Carafe Cups Lids & Sleeves

Carafe Return

You agree to return the carafe to the pickup location within 48 hours after your pickup date. Carafes do not need to be empty or washed upon return. Returning a carafe after 48 hours will result in a $25.00 restocking fee.

Loss or Damage

If your carafe is lost, not returned within 14 days of your pickup date, or damaged beyond reasonable repair, you will be responsible for a replacement fee of $150.00.
